City Service Company at 930 VFW Parkway, Kent, Ohio.

Went out in Kent last night, and left my car in free long term parking according to the Kent city parking map. Came back to get my car this morning to find it towed. Went to go pick my car up and there was no written record of my car being impounded and it wasn't in their computer system, but they still made me pay $113 to get my car out. Seemed a little sketchy to me that they didn't have my car in the system if they impounded it. Wasn't able to get an official receipt, but they made note to send me it in the mail once they figure out the missing paperwork for my car.
